When you place an order, you offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms and any product-specific or checkout terms. An order is accepted when the transaction is confirmed by us or our payment processor.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, pricing or listing errors, payment authorization problems, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, any refund will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description, price, delivery information, and applicable terms before purchase.

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless the applicable product listing specifically identifies the item as a physical product.

Digital delivery may occur through a confirmation page, download link, email, customer account, ecommerce platform, or another method identified at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining the technology necessary to access your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may print or save reasonable copies for your own personal use. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, or commercially distribute a product;
• Share purchased files with unauthorized persons;
• Upload or publish purchased files on public or file-sharing platforms;
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;

Free resources remain the intellectual property of The Quiet Wealth Lab unless otherwise stated. Free resources are provided for individual use and may not be sold, repackaged, redistributed, publicly posted, or commercially reproduced without written permission.

The Quiet Wealth Lab may offer physical products. Product descriptions, pricing, production information, shipping terms, return eligibility, and other applicable conditions will be provided through the relevant product listing, checkout, or Refund & Cancellation Policy. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, and normal production variation.

Purchases are subject to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Refund & Cancellation Policy governs applicable refund, cancellation, replacement, and related procedures. If that policy conflicts with these Terms regarding refunds or cancellations, the Refund & Cancellation Policy controls.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may change prices, product offerings, promotions, or discounts at any time. Changes do not affect an order already accepted except where correction is required because of an obvious error or applicable law.

Applicable taxes may be calculated or collected at checkout. You are responsible for taxes applicable to your purchase that are not collected by us.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, which may include Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout and any applicable taxes or disclosed charges. The Quiet Wealth Lab does not directly store complete payment-card information processed by third-party payment providers.

If you believe a payment was made in error, was unauthorized, or involves a problem with a transaction, contact info@quietwealthlab.com promptly so we can investigate. You agree not to initiate a fraudulent, duplicative, or improper chargeback. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

The website and materials made available through it are owned by or licensed to The Quiet Wealth Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This includes written content, digital products, templates, checklists, planners, trackers, graphics, images, designs, website content, logos, slogans, product names, and branding.

By making a purchase, requesting a resource, subscribing, or contacting us, you consent to receive electronic communications relating to your transactions, requested resources, products, services, security, and customer-service interactions. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions provided in those messages. Transactional and service-related communications may still be sent when necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to a specific purchased product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to The Quiet Wealth Lab for that specific product or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including non-waivable rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Quiet Wealth Lab, Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, misuse of our website or products, violation of law or third-party rights, or unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, or distribution of our materials.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, engaged in fraudulent or unauthorized activity, or materially misused our products or services. Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

Material changes may be communicated through the website, email, or another reasonable method where appropriate. Changes will not retroactively alter completed transactions except as required by law or agreed by the parties.

These Terms and disputes arising out of or relating to them, the website, products, services, or transactions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, court proceedings must be brought in a state or federal court with proper jurisdiction in New Jersey, including the Superior Court of New Jersey in Somerset County or the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights or prevents relief in another court when required by law.

These Terms do not require arbitration. No arbitration agreement is created unless the parties later enter into a separate written agreement expressly providing for arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with applicable product-specific or checkout terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the agreement between you and The Quiet Wealth Lab concerning the website, products, services, and related transactions. Product-specific or checkout terms control only for the subject matter of the applicable product or transaction.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, government actions, public-health emergencies, labor disputes, or failures of third-party platforms, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
